Terms and Conditions of Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection
It is important to read these terms and conditions carefully before using any materials, information or services provided by Walker Reservations (Walker Reservations, LLC “Walker Reservations” “WR”). These terms and conditions, which we may update from time to time, apply to our website Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection and Walker Reservations (.com), emails, text messages and social media accounts. When you use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and to be bound to the terms and conditions set out below including our Privacy Policy.
Our Services
Walker Reservations provides an online platform through Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection which provides all types of hunting providers, both Preserves and Outfitters that advertise their hunting packages for reservation, and through which visitors of the website can make such reservations through Walker Reservations ("our services").
By making a reservation through Walker Reservations, you enter into a direct legally binding contractual relationship with the Outfitter or Preserve/Ranch at which you book. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the outfitter or Preserve/Ranch, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant outfitter Preserve/Ranch and sending you a deposit request and confirmation email on behalf of the Outfitter Preserve/Ranch.
The information on our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is based on the information provided to us by Outfitters or Preserve/Ranch. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete, or correct. Each outfitter preserve/ranch remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information displayed on our/their website which is linked directly from their advertising on Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection.
The information and services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell, use, copy or transmit any content or information, services available on our website for any commercial purpose.
Prices and Best Price Guarantee
The services offered to perspective hunters on Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection and reservation services provided by Walker Reservations are free of charge to perspective hunters. We will not charge you for our services or add any additional reservation or booking fees to the final price offered by our client Outfitters or Preserves/Ranches.
All prices on the Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection website that are displayed are the same prices listed on our client websites. We do not collect any taxes and is the sole responsibility of the Outfitter or Preserve/Ranch to collect upon your final payment made directly to the Outfitter or Preserve/Ranch.
Privacy Policy
Your information and privacy are very important to us. We will not share your information with anyone other than our employees or the Outfitter or Preserve/Ranch who you have made the reservation. In the event that your desired dates are unavailable we will ask you specifically about optional hunt packages provided by only other Outfitters or Preserves/Ranches offering services you are interested in and that we have relationships with.
Credit Card
All reservation deposits will require a credit card deposit to be paid within two weeks of making your reservation to hold your hunting package dates. Certain Outfitters or Preserves/Ranches will offer the opportunity for final payments to be paid (wholly or partly and as required under the payment policy of the outfitter preserve/ranch) to the outfitter preserve/ranch directly either upon arrival or the last day of your hunting package. During the reservation process all credit card deposits will be made by means of secure online payment (all to the extent offered and supported by your bank). Payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card or bank account to a third-party payment processor.
Cancellation
When making a reservation with Walker Reservations, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy. Deposits are non-refundable but if we or the Outfitter or Preserve/Ranch is notified within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date we will reschedule your hunt up to one year from the previously scheduled hunt package dates. In the event of a shutdown due to pandemic or other acts of God the rescheduling limitations are removed or extended up to two years from previous scheduled hunt package dates. Please note that special offers are not eligible for cancellation, change, but they can be rescheduled at the original, undiscounted hunting package rate.
Further Correspondence
By completing a reservation, you agree to receive an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your hunting package, and an email which we may send to you promptly after your hunting trip inviting you to complete our hunting package review form.
Hunter's Reviews and Feedback
After completing the Hunt Package Review Form, we may upload onto the relevant outfitter's preserves/ranches information page on our website or their website for the sole purpose of informing customers of your opinion of the service level and quality of the hunting package. We encourage all hunters to write reviews on Google Business and Facebook to the Outfitter or Preserve/Ranch after they have completed a hunt package. For marketing, promotion, or improvement of our services on our website or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, or other channels used by Walker Reservations we reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion.

Our website, all content and services provided on our website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Walker Reservations and Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and security and accuracy. Walker Reservation and Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection makes no warranty, and expressly disclaims any obligation, that: (a) our website will meet your requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (b) the content will be up-to-date, complete, comprehensive, accurate or applicable to your circumstances; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of our website will be accurate or reliable; or (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the site will meet your expectations.
By using the services provided by Walker Reservations and Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection you understand that we are only providing you with an opportunity and cannot guarantee a success rate on any hunt package provided by one of the Outfitter or Preserves/Ranches listed or Hunt packages reserved.
You as a hunter or guest acknowledge that hunting is a dangerous sport and that you assume all risks of health and safety and in no way will hold Walker Reservations or Ranch Review and Outfitter Connection responsible for injury, sickness, loss of life, or loss of income due to hunting activities reserved through this website.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless stated otherwise, we own our website including all the text, images, software, trademarks or other materials contained on our website. You will not copy or transmit any part and/or content of our website, except for your personal, non-commercial use on your computer.
Your use of and access to our website does not grant you any license or right to use any of the materials, images or logos included on our website.
To the extent permitted by law, the terms, conditions, and provisions of our services shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama.
